"Check in started at 2pm, the front desk seem a bit stressed, our room was only ready at almost 4pm. It’s an old building with a not so “driver friendly” parking lots. The 2 bedroom suites was spacious , the kitchen has all the things you need for cooking. At night the streets here can be heavy traffic, so plan your activities. Overall I think I would give a 7/10. If you are couple looking to get romantic honeymoon feel then you will get disappointed. "

"Great location. Near a few train stations. Check in and out was a breeze despite there being no live concierge. Rooms are spacious unlike most other hotels in Tokyo."

The booker who assisted with my stay had walked me through the check in process very thoroughly and I liked that they have all amenities needed like a washer, a small kitchenette and a city view. However, they don’t provide the VIP perk like listed in the Expedia page."

Very friendly and helpful staff that speaks English Would be perfect for those with longer stay as the room got washing machine, kitchen amenities so you can make yourself feel home One point to note though - the cleaning service is a little disappointed - the cleaner did not clean the leftover in the room. And somehow they put the scale from the floor to the sink...
