Our apartment in fact, despite being booked months in advance, wasn’t even ready…so we stayed in a temporary setting until the one we booked was ready. "Great to have free upgrade to bigger room. This is my second stay in this apartment. Everything is fine however tv and water heater rosak. I already made a report at counter. Seems like counter will fix this issue as soon as possible."

The food quality is not very tasty, and the price of food is very expensive compare to the taste etc. I want to recommend the Pesto spaghetti to be removes from the menu. I want to suggest the hotel to add more new food menu like sarawak authentic food because the hotel Is a popular hotel amongst the tourist."

My family Regatta vacation

"I just want to comment about the food. Perfect Kuching Location

"The hotel albeit not new is generally very comfortable and the rooms are good size and all the amenities are functioning - only complain is the air con which is noisy and not very efficient. The decor is a bit date and I understand the east wing has already been refurbished so hopefully the west wing where we stayed will be done up soon. Staff is very friendly and have worked there for a long time. And the small pearl is the rooftop bar at the 17 floor which have a tremendous view of the whole of Kuching and the charming Kuching River just below"
