"Everything about the Artiem was great, firstly the service was exceptional nothing was too much trouble, the style & ambience is relaxing & very well maintained. The facilities including the gym & spa were of a very high level. Unfortunately it was a little cold to use the outside pool but it looked very tempting. "We had a fantastic three night stay despite the bad weather. The service, food and ambience all scored 10/10. Carmen who provided concierge services made reservations for us ahead of our stay.
