"Property somewhat run down, pool is great, staff very helpful especially Nigel. Beach being cleaned regularly but a lot of sargassum weed not making it good for swimming. Beaches on adjoining properties very dirty with ocean trash, sad to see. Not much being done on this Caye for garbage. Garbage being tossed out everywhere. Hotel a long ways out from San Pedro. "

"Grounds were very picturesque. Very tropical. Rooms were nice but the beds needed updating. The bar should offer more casual dining options versus the Pamilla dining menu in the evening. Also the bar should stop playing 80’s music every night. "

"Ocean Tide is right in the heart of San Pedro and is in walking distance to great food/drink establishments. Zero complaints and will definitely book again. - Staff was great - Cabana bar had an excellent priced happy hour - Price to value ratio was wonderful "

"The casino next door had the bass blaring until 1am. The the patrons gather in the courtyard after closing for the next hour. When the casino was closed ,the staff of the hotel partied until done. I was originally assigned a dorm room but because the wifi wasn't working. And the pool was not functioning as well. Not a good experience for my first visit. Don't send anyone else there. Pleasr "

"This is the 2nd time we have stayed here. Since the 1st time the new owners have added the Nauti Crab Bar. We enjoyed the activities and music at the bar. The food was also very good. The staff was very accommodating to our needs. We liked having the full kitchen to be able make some of our own meals. We would definitely stay here again."

"Everything about our stay was amazing, from the reservation to the airport shuttle to the property to the staff. They made everything so easy! Take the shuttle from the airport and rent your golf cart at the property. We loved that one of the highest rated tour companies docked at the property where we did 2 snorkeling tours and a sunset cruise. The pool is beautiful and the hot tub is hot. The sunrise from the property is spectacular. The grounds are exceptionally well kept. "

"When we arrived at the hotel, the whole site smelled of sewage. The restaurant area, the grounds, the pool area. When we asked why they said the pipes had broke. But when we tried to get our monies back and leave there was no manager at the hotel. The desk person said the manager lives in Mexico. When even Expedia tried to get in touch with the hotel to get a refund for us they coudln't get an answer. "
