"We loved absolutely everything about this hotel. It's the perfect spot for skiing with everything you could possibly need located centrally. The team were extremely helpful in the leadup to our holiday and very prompt at replying to any questions I had and arranging transfers, ski equipment and passes. The dining was absolutely phenomenal and we really rated the spa facilities too. We will definitely be back, thank you team Héliopic!"

"Hôtel super confortable Restaurant super Petit déjeuner aussi Personnels au top souriants accueillants et très professionnels ! Un seul bémol le chauffage a 24 dans les chambres c’est trop !! Visiblement un vrai effort est fait pour l’écologie dans l’hôtel produit douche recyclage mais il faudrait vraiment réglé à 19/20 le chauffage plus agréable aussi pour dormir "

"Chambre très propre, literie excellente. Salle de bain très propre, avec douche à l’italienne où l’eau s’écoule très bien et une vraie porte de douche qui évite d’inonder le sol à l’extérieur de la douche. Personnel très accueillant et serviable. Garage à vélos et lavage disponible, très pratique quand on revient d’une sortie vtt un peu humide. Rapport qualité/prix excellent."

"We enjoyed our stay at Les Balcons du Savoy. The room was clean and comfortable for 2 people. Our balcony was roomy with a spectacular view of Mont Blanc. The kitchen was well equipped. The property was a short walk from the main shopping street in a quiet area. A ski bus (#14) stopped a few steps from the hotel. The elevator stopped working for one day but luckily was quickly repaired. The staff were friendly and helpful."

"tout était parfait sauf le parking souterrain. j'avais un emplacement réservé (70 €) et j'ai du batailler toute la semaine car mon emplacement était toujours pris...aucune réaction de la réception...une honte !!!!"
