"Arrived after 9pm so we didn’t get a chance to explore or take advantage of the bar or restaurant. The room and location was a great option from an extremely pricey room in Boston. "This hotel had a lot of history and character. It’s been in the same family for many years and the owner even took our bags up the stairs to our room. Each room was different and unique. "Excellent location costing $30 for cab ride from downtown Intercontinental hotel to B&B. Public transit near by to their subway system. King Bed was comfortable with lots of blankets in a very clean house. They have 4 rooms. Breakfast included yogurt, juices, cereal, fresh fruit, boiled eggs, cheese, ham, sausage, toast and coffee. Joan was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again. "

"Nice quiet neighborhood. Seemed newly remodeled. Only negatives are dishwasher is not bolted in and started coming out of its spot when I tried opening it. Also if you struggle with stairs this is not a good place for you. Stairs are very steep. "

"Extremely clean and neat. Very quiet once inside the unit. The ONLY issue we had at all was parking. We were not comfortable parking side of the back street it’s on in the rear of building where you enter the property. We found used needles right outside the back gate, where you enter and exit the property. Otherwise, the place is so cute and just perfect. Our stay was comfy and so was the bed. The only thing that could make it better was to have private parking. "
