The hotel is a bit aged though the facilities are reasonably accessible. The good point is it is near the Outdoor Village which is a good place to visit in walking distance. Besides, free carpark service is available which is good.

Beautiful property, wonderful staff, delicious buffet, large room for japan hotel, great location. Akishima train station is within walking distance, but the hotel provides a shuttle bus to the station/Moritown shopping. Get a Suica Pass at the station and ride the rails with the swipe of a card. Only negative was the beds, while good size was not as comfortable as I'm used to but my wife and I still swept every night and all night through. Highly recommend! Definitely will stay here again!

The check in process was smooth and the service of all the staff were excellent. Except the BED! Just imagine sleeping in the box spring. sleeping is very impossible and the pillow is not best condition. We do appreciate the space but the bed was rock solid

This Hotel was very nice and my room came better prepared than usual. The room had everything I would need, an extra razor, toothbrush, Q-tips, robe and sandals for the spa etc, very nice. We held an event in one of their upstairs conference rooms and it was nice as well. It had tables, chairs, a digital projector/screen and was catered with coffee. I enjoyed everything about this place from the excellent buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner options, to the firm mattresses and fluffy pillows.

Dirty hotel

Beautiful hotel but dirty. Stains on furniture in room and lobby. Was moved from one room due to dirty bathroom and the 2nd room smelled of mold so badly I had to leave and go to another hotel. Also, that room was not very clean. So disappointing. And inconvenient.
