"Friendly and helpful staff. Clean and tidy rooms. The apartment had utilities for 4 guest in the kitchen and the kitchen was clean. They had enough towels and gave refill whenever we needed extra. The only minus thing was that they didn’t have coffee cups, and we got small glasses instead because lack of understanding English. Sur un séjour de 5 jours et après multiples demandes, le ménage n'a pas été fait et les draps n'ont pas été changé. L'eau stagnante pendant la douche un bon quart heure est désagréable. Which is kind of confusing since it was only 4 euro to pay the local taxes I didn't have local currency in a low enough denomination to pay so I had to wait an extended period of time to have them get me change for 200 dirhams. The check-in person which I don't know his name because they did not have a name-tag or give a proper introduction was egotistical and condescending. Which is not good...
