Great for Families, especially the baby pool which is covered and provides shade. Room was a decent size and breakfast had a good selection. Despite being fully booked, our room was cleaned always before lunch and it never felt overly crowded anywhere.

A couple business trip

The hotel style is very luxury, variety of good restaurants for dinner with excellent atmosphere , the breakfast is supper, very good view and a nice beach in which you may take a sun bath, there is also a direct pass to Abu Dhabi mall for those who like shopping.

We have stayed at Beach Rotana several times with no issues, however, during this stay the quality of the food service was very poor. At breakfast, tables were piled high with dirty plates and food with staff struggling to clear up and clean meaning guests were left standing or helping to clear. We went for an evening meal at the Italian restaurant, Prego, even though the restaurant was empty we were told that we could only sit at a smoking table after 10 minutes of waiting for any service we left and ate at another restaurant outside of the hotel. We did raise these issues with staff at the time and at checkout but not sure if we will stay there again!

The hotel was great and the staff really made the stay even more positive. The hotel has lots of facilities, especially the Bodyline gym and tennis courts. The attached mall is also a big plus. Special thanks to Matthew on the front desk, Charles in guest services and Abiguel in the lounge fow always going above and beyond.
