"Booked 2 king deluxe rooms for 2 nights, 1 got free upgrade to junior suite. Very happy and comfortable stay. Breakfast got plenty of choices and good taste. "

"Staying in 3110 Executive Room - view fantastic - privacy not good, next door can come in from balcony - toilet smell of pungent urine n sewage (reported) - checkin experience good by khaire(if im not mistaken his name, he is working in executive lounge) - Makan Kitchen breakfast very messy on reception, no proper arrangement of who sit where - burnt sunny side up - uncooked dim sum despite spoken to the chef still allow others to take . Icy cold. (Chef taking care of roti jala). The other chef just placed it (from chiller) on the steamer not even 5 minutes. I wish i brought my food temperature kits with me to proof it - table not clean but cutlery already set up - Executive Lounge very cosy "

"Nice room got free upgrade because standard room already full. Friendly staff. Delicious food. Good ballroom for conference. Just open carpark infront of hotel, have valet services & multilevel parking a bit far but got buggy services also."

"The checkin staff wasn't warm. My room 760, was lovely, the bed super comfortable BUT the carpet fixtures (screws/nails/whatever it was) can be felt at least at 3 places - at the end of the bed, near the chair by the window and by the side of the bed. it felt sharp and painful when stepped on. i informed the hotel manager who didn't offer to inspect and seemed uninterested about my concerns."

"Our family with two kids had a staycation here during a public holiday. To our surprise, husband and I agreed that the beds were not comfortable at all for such a luxurious and reputable hotel. Breakfast buffet choices were good but husband did get rice that was hard and “sand like”. Kids club costed us rm160 and one parent needed to be present. Even club med and hard rock is free and had minders to help the parents for a couple of hours. It was still clean, good and had short art activities for the kids. To our disappointment , dont think we will stay again unless we do not have a choice"
