"Old building that looks like a government building with landscape that looks like public park. It hardly associates with a 5 star hotel and marriot brand with its facilities, with foul smells due to old furnishing. It is under construction/renovation too. However, I must give a shout out to the staff, from checking in to executive lounge, to spa and the GM, they are always friendly and making sure the imperfections are remedied. Marriot should be proud of the people. "

"Booked 2 superior rooms at RM600++ per room per nite. Arrived 1pm at hotel. Unfortunately no early check in was available. But saw them giving priority to group check in which hasn't arrive and their rooms were ready. Was informed rooms only available to check in after 3pm. Reception told us will call us once rooms are ready. So we went out for lunch. Unfortunately no one called us. The reception team could have more customer oriented training in handling customers! "Staying in 3110 Executive Room - view fantastic - privacy not good, next door can come in from balcony - toilet smell of pungent urine n sewage (reported) - checkin experience good by khaire(if im not mistaken his name, he is working in executive lounge) - Makan Kitchen breakfast very messy on reception, no proper arrangement of who sit where - burnt sunny side up - uncooked dim sum despite spoken to the chef still allow others to take . "I recently had the pleasure of staying at Palm Garden, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations in every way. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and I was given all the information I needed for a comfortable stay. The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast with a variety of options that catered to all tastes. I will definitely be returning on my next visit to Putra Jaya!"

Icy cold. (Chef taking care of roti jala). The other chef just placed it (from chiller) on the steamer not even 5 minutes. I wish i brought my food temperature kits with me to proof it - table not clean but cutlery already set up - Executive Lounge very cosy "
