"One of the best hotels we have stayed at. Everything was fantastic; great bed, spacious quiet, and nice room… The breakfast (and the staff there) was a treat. The interior is beautiful, the rooftop pool area was a treat after a day in Palmas busy streets, and the reception staff were very helpful. Oh, and almost forgot, the gym was unique, small, but had all we needed We will be back! "

"I’ve stayed in 5* hotels around the world. What stood out here was the entire staff genuinely making us feel welcome and nothing was too much trouble. Little things- we wanted to go into town so asked for a taxi- they said no need, we’ll take you in the hotel car. And just let us know when you finish your meal for the return trip. We have some water for your taxi ride so you can stay hydrated on the airport journey. And more. Will definitely go back. "

"This resort was amazing and high class. It does have an older crowd for the most part or at least the time that we went was end of September. We had the breakfast/dinner buffet included in our room, although we did not make it for breakfast. The dinner was great! The staff was really friendly and helpful. I needed some paperwork printed off, and they did that for me immediately and helped me with find a post office. The gym is small but has an amazing view. I would definitely stay here again...
