"The hotel is in the middle of a remodel. There are many things that need to be fixed and paid attention to. I spoke to the front desk and they were appreciative of my feedback and according to the manager, those areas will be addressed. I found the staff to be wonderful."

Shockingly, we did experience an extraordinarily rude waiter on the first morning - I’ve never experienced anything like it - fortunately other staff were lovely. Also when we arrived, there was a bit of a delay and we were asked to wait - we were offered complimentary drinks- a nice gesture but they took an age to arrive and we had to chase it up - not a great first impression."

"Great location and room overlooking the canal. The location was quiet yet central. The room was clean and comfortable, and we were upgraded! The kitchen area is fantastic (dual hob, microwave and dishwasher), the bathroom very spacious with a shower and separate huge bath! The bed is very comfortable, and it’s good to know they regularly clean and antibac the mattresses. The guy at reception was very helpful with letting us know the best areas to visit, giving us detailed map information....

Breakfast was delicious with a huge choice of everything you could wish for. It’s set in a quiet spot so perfect for sleeping. Just the best stay!"
