"Check in started at 2pm, the front desk seem a bit stressed, our room was only ready at almost 4pm. It’s an old building with a not so “driver friendly” parking lots. The 2 bedroom suites was spacious , the kitchen has all the things you need for cooking. At night the streets here can be heavy traffic, so plan your activities. Overall I think I would give a 7/10. If you are couple looking to get romantic honeymoon feel then you will get disappointed. "

"Location: A hotel i frequented every time i’m in KL. central, walking distance to KLCC & bukit bintang (pavi), bcs i personally dislike driving in KL. Check in: staffs 10/10. Love the welcome drinks, minibar & breakfast choices (if you pay for the room w these options). Amenities: Chill pool, but not kid friendly. Complete gym, if you need one. Never tried the bar. Parking is free (make sure to not tap your T&G, take their tickets instead). Room: The rooms are big, new furnitures....

"Not a good representation of the Ritz Carlton brand. Suite room no. 1000's bedroom is accompanied by the incessant noise of exhaust/AC unit outdoor. Towels in the bathroom are old and thin. The vanity mirror in the bathroom is half fallen. Bathrobe is missing a belt loop and old. Both requests for a room on a higher floor and support pillows were not met. Turndown service was not done on the third evening. Very, very little TV channels. Food and beverage offered at the executive club lounge...

"Vi blev mødt af venligt og meget hjælpsomt personale - som tryllede alt for os både før, under og efter opholdet - meget professionelt 🙏 Rengøringen var forbi værelset flere gange dagligt og sikret komfortabelt og rent ophold. Morgenmaden var fantastisk - sidste morgen, hvor vi skulle ud på 4 timers køretur, lavede de en doggiback til os, til stor glæde for både store og små 🙏"

Parking fee (for executive club suite) was RM15 for 4 hours! Not a single cent discount?!"
