"The staff were friendly and assisted my check in smoothly. They were patient to answer my enquiries on food locations. The room is spacious, quite well kept and clean. The layout of the area makes the area lots big and not cramp. The toilet area is big too."

"Ausgezeichnete Lage! Nachdem wir die Abkürzung gefunden haben, brauchten wir nur 5 Minuten zur Mall Avenue K. Dort befindet sich die Metrostation, ein Supermarkt und bei Regen kann man unterirdisch bis KLCC laufen. "

"This is my 2nd stay cation this year with my wife and daughter. I am prepared to check in around 3:30pm. However there is only 1 counter is opening and I found is a bit. Not proper as today is weekend. Another counter is open after q up for 10min. The check in process is smooth sailing but it could be better if the receptionist could greet your guest. I think is should be common for star rated hotel. The room is ready and clean. We asking for extra blanket, pillow and towel and it was delivery...
