"Family room 632 I arrived on the 24th with my family (wife and 2 kids – ages 2 & 3) at the hotel lobby at 1230pm with 2 crying cranky kids awhile past their nap time. After queuing at the reception for about 10 minutes I requested for an early check in from the 3pm allocated and request denied. The receptionist (Indian lady) apologized and told me check in time was set at 3pm and asked me to wait till then. I then asked if she could perhaps check the room availability (hoping in the off chance...

"The check-in process was rushed and worker did not bother to explain anything about the hotel and its amenities (of which I paid a premium for) except about the breakfast. No mention about the beach, pools, 24-hour gym, kid's adventure zone etc - I had to google about all these myself! Bad check in experience"
