"The check-in process was rushed and worker did not bother to explain anything about the hotel and its amenities (of which I paid a premium for) except about the breakfast. No mention about the beach, pools, 24-hour gym, kid's adventure zone etc - I had to google about all these myself! Bad check in experience"

"Nice simple Hotel. Comfortable. would be better if the breakfast had more choices and also a freshly brewed coffee machine. Nothing to really complain, just that my room window was open during my first day ( only realised that it was open due to the loud noise i can hear from outside ) this is my 3rd time staying at this Hotel, highly recommended for a hassle free stay"

"Family room 632 I arrived on the 24th with my family (wife and 2 kids – ages 2 & 3) at the hotel lobby at 1230pm with 2 crying cranky kids awhile past their nap time. After queuing at the reception for about 10 minutes I requested for an early check in from the 3pm allocated and request denied. The receptionist (Indian lady) apologized and told me check in time was set at 3pm and asked me to wait till then. "From our welcome at check-in through to our final day, our 12 day stay at Cittadines Connect Georgetown was a pleasure. The spacious foyer with plenty of seating options and coffee on hand, set the tone for our very comfortable King room. Buffet breakfasts were enjoyable with plenty of options.
