"This is definitely more of a 3* hotel. The leisure facilities could definitely do with some investment as they were looking a bit tired unfortunately. The breakfast room was lovely and bright, with very attentive staff. Reception staff we also always on hand and friendly. Bedroom was spotlessly clean. "

"Exactly where you want to be in Galway. short walk to everything you would want to do. easy to unload bags (loading area in front) and easy parking down the street at the carpark. breakfast was great. room is big enough and was clean and warm. staff were friendly. "

"Was moved to a room that had better Wi-Fi coverage, a minor inconvenience but the staff were always most helpful. Everything else was very comfortable. Particularly enjoyed the swimming pool.. Had breakfast and a couple of evening meals which were a good standard. In the evenings the staff were faultless and I enjoyed the comfort with a pint of Guinness. Many thanks, I stayed for four nights and would recommend this hotel. Ron Sweeney."
