"Overall property offered good value for money, good room size and very clean. You have to request an accessibility room as these are not advertised but benefit from walk in shower. Meal times could be hectic and would benefit from opening up more sections to make it easier to find tables at peak time. The property is quite remote and you need to either get buses, taxis or be prepared for an hour or more walk to get into an area with a few shops, bars and restaurants. Therefore evening...

"Wonderful stay in the Royal room with hot tub overlooking the garden and sea. Comfy bed, quiet location and walking distance to beach and restaurants. Friendly staff and even received chocolates on the pillows. I enjoyed using the exclusive Royal guests only pools."

"Ubicación perfecta. Servicio excelente. Las instalaciones necesitan una actualización pero está limpio y bien mantenido. Muy buena idea lo de regalar botellas reutilizables y muchos puntos en el hotel 24 horas para rellenar las con agua minimizando el uso de plástico. La política del hotel con respecto a usos para fumadores mejorable así como recogida de colillas tanto en el establecimiento como en los alrededores. Sin duda un lugar al que volveremos. "

"It really is an amazing hotel, its over a large area, it was early February when we came, beautiful pools (although the largest was being refurbished at the time of our stay) not very busy. It would be difficult if anyone had walking issues, without a frame or wheelchair, plenty of wheelchair ramps though and lifts. Friendly staff. Definitely recommend."

"The pool was very big, however it was incredibly cold. Food was very good. A good selection of choice for children and adults. Our room was not the best. The sofa bed was on its last legs. It completely v-ed in the middle. Ive never seen a sofa bed like it. There was also a fire extinguisher box positioned outside our room which was directly below a air con vent. It meant when our upstairs neighbour had their aircon on, we were kept awake by the constant loud dripping as the water fell from...
