"This photo shows I have two room keys at 4am. First check in - room wasn't even cleaned and bathroom was flooded. Second check in - we went out and came back around 3:45am then we found cockroach so we requested for the room change at 4am. Staff didn't even check and just gave the another room key."

"I overnight in this (ELMARK HOTEL MELAKA) for 2 nights. The second night was a nightmare to me. I'm so disappointed due to the electrical door lock spoilt, and i can't acess it. I have to wait more than 12 hours and there is no proper arrangements for me (my belongings are inside my room). The hotel staff told me about the master key with the hotel owner, and he is in another state now. I called the hotel owner, he didn't fix the issue on the spot..He asked me to wait him for another day to open...
