"I’ve always loved coming to Root 42 for lunch/dinner, the atmosphere and the vibe is just super relaxing. This time my property was booked on island so I chose to stay at Flamboyan and I absolutely loved my stay! Super spacious room, very comfortable, large shower. I’m also a cat person and loved all the kitties around! I’ll definitely be back when my condo is booked! Thank you Flamboyan! Staff was super nice and friendly too ❤️"

"The hotel was unique.Lots of stairs which we knew but challenging. The room was spotless and the bed comfortable. Pool looked inviting. Morning coffee was lovely. Hosts were hospitable and helpful It is not at all fancy. View is fantastic "

"At only about $100 a day it served the purpose. Room was clean no bugs as said in other reviews. Staff was nice. We stayed on the 3rd floor with a communal balcony. It's on a regular street. No fantastic view. But it was comfortable. Modern. Very small. Refrigerator microwave. Shower was clean. The bed was just ok. No real casino. Jus a couple slot machines. No restaurant at least while we were th here. It was fine. Street parking in the back if you have a car "

"A small, quiet resort on a small bay with great views. The resort was clean and comfortable with a nice restaurant and bar on site."

"Simple, clean Island accommodations, perfect location, close to beaches, dining, live music and the ferry. It's true as advertised that no car rental is necessary. The staff is warm, courteous and accommodating and there were no hidden costs. We will be going back next year!"

"These are truly rustic cabins, but the property is magnificent, with easy access to the beach and hiking trails. Ask for one of the treehouses higher up the hill where the breeze is constant. Be aware that the electricity is out frequently. "

"Property put the pictures to shame. You are literally right on the water that was stunningly beautiful every single time I looked at it. The view was even amazing from the bed. We did not rent a car and we did not need to. There were can drivers waiting to take you anywhere you wanted at all times. The only thing we did not like was the coffee shop closed at 2pm everyday but we did not have a bad meal there or any other place on the property. We highly recommend and would come back and stay...

"We absolutely loved our stay at Olga’s Fancy! Eddie and Candy were incredibly welcoming and accommodating, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The property is stunning—lush, tropical, and full of character—and the location is perfect for anyone looking to experience the quieter, more authentic side of St. Thomas. It’s worth noting that the property has several stairs, which could be a challenge for guests with mobility concerns. However, the hosts are very upfront about this at the time of booking and allow plenty of time to cancel for a full refund if needed. The resident chickens and sweet island kitties roaming the grounds added even more charm to the experience—they’re such a fun and fitting part of the island vibe. If you’re looking for a peaceful, picturesque stay that captures the real spirit of the Caribbean, Olga’s Fancy is a wonderful choice. "

"We went for our honeymoon after finding out about bolongo on tik tok. It was absolutely perfect and I don’t have a bad thing to say. The staff INCREDIBLE, the food INCREDIBLE, the drinks INCREDIBLE. Every moment from the time we arrived at the property to when we were leaving the staff were so friendly, welcoming, and helpful. I CANNOT recommend bolongo more!!! I was nervous at first about the taxi situations but again the staff is amazing and will call a taxi for you to get where you want to go! If you’re on the fence about booking with bolongo, do it you will not regret it!!!! "
