"The hotel room is clean but small, it equipped with a samll fridge and a safe. The queen size bed is comfy. Walkable area, close to Temple St. the shopping street and loved the open food stalls with pipping hot food. The hotel is close to MTR, on 23 Austin Ave. not Austin Road. Me and my friends made the same mistake. "

"Located at a very convenient location with easy access to malls, shopping streets and MTR station. Dash Living is a service hotel, rooms are adequately sized with a lot of storage (closets, cabinets). "도심지 및 교통편 접근성 대비 가격이 저렴하였으며, 도심지 메인 거리에 있어 비교적 안전하다고 느꼈음. 건너편에 parknshop 마트가 있어서 간단한 음식들 구매가 가능했음. 근처에 유명한 식당이 많았고, 하버가 근처에 있어 산책 가능했음. 룸 안에 작은 냉장고도 있었고 샤워부스가 있어서 화장실을 습하지 않게 사용이 가능했음. 다른 호텔들에 비해서 데스크 직원들도 친절해서 출입할때 한국어로 인사도해주시고 기분이 좋았음. 다음에 또 방문할 의사 있음. "
