"Generally ok, staff were hospitable and helpful. But, the manager Mrs Rinie was unfriendly as she was harassing my sister who stayed in another room about the extended hour that we requested and threatening her. Totally unacceptable hospitality to hold such a position! The 2 Deluxe Double rooms that I booked didn’t have any windows. The Aircon didn’t work so it was fixed in situ when I was in the room. "The room is very clean and comfortable and the hotel staff is very good and friendly. The toilet was choked during our stay and the maintenance staff came and settled the problems immediately. We can see part of the sea from the window and the view was nice. The only drawback was that there was no drawers in the room and it was a bit difficult for storage."

"Arrived late on the check in date but was greeted with tea time even though it was after tea time session. stay was excellent with clean and quiet bedroom. breakfast was great as well with mixture of local and western food. overall a great stay within a great location. things to improve: cant lock toilet door, and the sliding door is noisy. parking is also inconvenient."

"I just have a comment for this hotel, please not to say at the promo or website or at hotel.com for check-in time are available 24 h, just say the check in time is same like another hotel because as a client, i and my friends confius with the time check in, we arrived early morning but cannot check-in but at the website can check in 24 h.Uncle at the counter just say the time check in are same as another hotel. "My room was located on the highest level at the end/corner thus it was quiet and nice. Enjoyed my 2 nights stay. Staff were friendly and helpful in giving suggestion of locations of local food. Great location as walking distance to the Jetty as l need to take the ferry to & from Butterworth to access the train."

"receptionist system have to improve...long Q and take more than 1 hour for check out, i heard that same situation when check in but because i am check in late so i don't have this problem. I try to borrow basket and wish to buy some ice cube from bar reception but they said don't have...Lousy service..The room is a bit old but overall still ok..."
