"Generally ok, staff were hospitable and helpful. But, the manager Mrs Rinie was unfriendly as she was harassing my sister who stayed in another room about the extended hour that we requested and threatening her. "The room is very clean and comfortable and the hotel staff is very good and friendly. The toilet was choked during our stay and the maintenance staff came and settled the problems immediately. We can see part of the sea from the window and the view was nice. The only drawback was that there was no drawers in the room and it was a bit difficult for storage."

"Arrived late on the check in date but was greeted with tea time even though it was after tea time session. stay was excellent with clean and quiet bedroom. breakfast was great as well with mixture of local and western food. overall a great stay within a great location. things to improve: cant lock toilet door, and the sliding door is noisy. parking is also inconvenient."

"Saw some previous negative reviews a out this property after my booking. After checked in, all those negative reviews I read were already out of the window . From the room to the front desk and staff, everything and everyone was so surprisingly friendly and comfortable. The location is great too. Walking distance to everything in Georgs town. I am so glad I stayed with this property. "

"My room was located on the highest level at the end/corner thus it was quiet and nice. Enjoyed my 2 nights stay. Staff were friendly and helpful in giving suggestion of locations of local food. Great location as walking distance to the Jetty as l need to take the ferry to & from Butterworth to access the train."
