"朝食も普通に食べれた上に、アフタヌーンティーもあったので、良かった。また、部屋自体は古いが、昔のジョージタウンの風情を残しており素晴らしいです。天井が高く、天井のファンを回せて冷房とその風がミックスされて気持ち良かったです。唯一、気にかかるのはトイレ臭が鼻につくことがたまにありました。ただ部屋のつくりはアンティークぽく昔ながらの雰囲気がありました。"

"Generally ok, staff were hospitable and helpful. But, the manager Mrs Rinie was unfriendly as she was harassing my sister who stayed in another room about the extended hour that we requested and threatening her. "Arrived late on the check in date but was greeted with tea time even though it was after tea time session. stay was excellent with clean and quiet bedroom. breakfast was great as well with mixture of local and western food. overall a great stay within a great location. things to improve: cant lock toilet door, and the sliding door is noisy. parking is also inconvenient."

"Property is a bit noisy when neighbours are stomping about or dragging chairs, one was till 2am. The apartment goes full depth of the property so good sized rooms, Blockout on the kitchen windows needs improvement as the security lights penetrated all night. "The time spent at Ozo was wonderful. The room is spacious and bright with the light colored furniture and carpet. The infinity pool on the 22nd floor is a great relieve from the heat and crowds after walking around and discovering George Town.
