"Hospitality is excellent and location is perfect. Management is very responsive and staff hospitable. However there is a disconnect on the online booking regarding already paid breakfast option which doesn’t reflect on the hotel account which can be an irritant. Also the food could be improved upon. Otherwise excluding online booking confusion and a little improvement in the food this place deserves a 5 star. "

"We had a great stay at the Summit Alpine. Our room was big and spacious and the breakfast was delicious. The staff was amazing, especially Ronimit and Pema! They helped us out tremendously. We can’t wait to return. "

"The views from our room were simply beautiful. Able to see Kanchenjunga range. The service by the staff from reception to housekeeping to restaurant is excellent. Each and every was very friendly, helpful and made us feel at home. The rooms are outdated and need an update. Location is very good. Few min walk to MG marg the most happening place . "Sinclares Resort is such a gem! The entire property is meticulously maintained and nicely decorated with beautiful landscaping. The premium room is spacious and bedding is clean and comfortable. They provide you with a heater during winter time so the room is plenty warm. The best part is the hot shower which is so much better compared to other equally expensive hotels we stayed across India. You can take a really comfortable shower without worrying about the hot water running out in the middle...

"Very good hotel, the rooms are beautiful, and the view over the mountains are incredible. Beds are comfy, the bathroom is good and there is a nice breakfast. Location is not the most convenient, it's along the main road in middle Pelling, the restaurants tend to be more in upper Pelling although all hotels have their own restaurants. "The view from the rooms is exceptional. Being able to lay on bed and see the Himalayan Mountain range was the highlight. Staff were extremely helpful anf friendly. Thank-you we really enjoyed our stay and were fortinate to see the snow capped peaks most days."

"Filthy rooms badly in need of updating (see photo of tub). Leaky faucets. Wifi was patchy at best. Staff was rude and unhelpful. Completely not worth the money and quite a ways away from Central Gangtok. Nothing within the resort to stay in and enjoy either. We will not be returning - and recommend you please stay away. There are plenty of other options in Gangtok for this high a price"

"It was an amazing experience.. The hotel is a very good location near the mall road. The hotel staff is very friendly and cooperative. It is very decently designed but the only issue we had was the mattress there. Otherwise really good property for the price we paid. highly recommended"
