"Liza is a truly wonderful manager. She went above and beyond to help us including excellent restaurant suggestions. The hotel is very nicely presented and the beds and sheets great quality. For us the only drawback was the room not having a window. It is a beautiful old restored building so this is the reality for this type of boutique hotel. "The best thing about the hotel is its location. From the first glance, the hotel seems alright. The room is comfortable, with a decent bed and a window that opens up to a charming view of the Armenian Street heritage area. The toilet bowl doesn't seem to have been scrubbed/cleaned regularly. The shower is clean, with good pressure. The check-in process is easy and painless. Parking isn't complimentary - you have to pay RM10/day for a spot, and it's given on the first-come-first-served basis. I...

"The staff is very welcoming and kind. The lobby downstairs is very comfortable to sit in for long periods. I wish they kept the snacks stocked but I guess that was minor. I really like how the place is decorated and would return if I could stay in one of their very cool private rooms. The wifi was excellent as well."
