"worst than my expectation. No mention room has no window. only realize the room has no window when we checked-into the room. a big disappointed and feel like being cheated by Hotel.com. The TV is around 17" only and all local channels with blur and unclear screen. no face towel in the room. washing tube is burst and water leak out everywhere when using it. Wrap an old-fashioned brown colour furry blanket with a white colour cloth as blanket. very thin and the white colour cloth dislocate...

"Surprisingly, not bad at all. Although the hotel is basic, I must say it is clean and comfortable. However, there are a few areas that could be improved: 1. Shower/water pressure (we were on level 4). 2. TV channels – the picture quality was very poor, and none of the channels were enjoyable to watch. 3.
