"We enjoyed our stay here. The staff and the property were outstanding. However, we did encounter one issue with the taxi service. We asked the front desk to call a taxi to the airport and were quoted one price. However, upon arriving at the airport, the taxi driver unexpectedly doubled the fare."

"The location is beautiful, situated across from water and mountains. The hotel experience was very good. The staff were friendly and helpful. The accommodations were spacious with a nice lodge atmosphere. The weekend menu and service were impeccable. However, the weekday evening buffet offered the same food every night without any option to order from the menu. "Very friendly staff. Standard room was small, especially the shower, but good value for the money. Breakfast was ok. Tea and coffee all day. Great service all around. We stayed there a total of 4 nights before and after our hike. Luggage storage was safe and convenient. Hotel was just minutes from the main square and waterfront."

"The hotel is under construction and we were never informed about it. We had a junior suite booked but we had to go to the other wing of the hotel to escape the noise and dust, so we got a regular room. Hotels.com has not refunded us the difference despite several tries and explanations. There is no sauna in this hotel . The massage was really good. "
