I loved my stay here!! Staff were friendly and spoke amazing English! The location was perfect. Close to all the places to visit but away from the busy centers you don’t want to stay in

LARGE room, bathtub! LOTS of amenities e.g. all the toiletries, bath salts, pajamas to use each night, turn down with water and chocolate. welcome sweets. GREAT service. breakfast buffet was good but not as extensive as four seasons. Japanese breakfast was the same each day, though extensive! location: quiet, beautiful grounds, great views. close to subway. though not close to anything interesting e.g. shopping etc. though walkable to imperial palace

Great hotel and an amazing property in general. The Japanese gardens that they highlight on the website are even better in person and actually made many of the other local gardens look boring and a bit run down. The hotel is also very nice. The staff were all very friendly and helpful! They really cared about helping you out! Good location though you did have to travel a little for food options outside of the hotel.

Very clean and comfortable

Nice hotel. Check in and out is manual like an airport check in self service but otherwise great.
