Okay, off the beaten path
"It definitely needs upgrades. We had some issues with one of the televisions but they were quick to fix it. Asked for extra blankets and we got them in a jiffy. The bed was definitely worn out and needs a new mattress, but the classic Grand suite was actually nice."

"Stayed in non smoking room but bathroom vent let in cigarette smoke from another area. Had to air out room upon arrival. Check in was a long wait until I noticed the self check in machine.
