"Perfect for what I needed. "

"Absolutely loved our stay here! We booked the suite with river view and was worried about the noise but had zero problems with it at all. The hotel is centrally located near the main train station (which you must check out for the shopping/dining underground), near a lot of restaurants and shops. The staff were accommodating, kind and welcoming. Rooms were cleaned daily and fridge was stocked often. The only complaint I have is the getting out of the bathtub in the suites. It’s quite a step down and I can see someone losing their balance and it being a safety concern. They could add a handle or add a step there. My mom is older and it was a lot getting her in and out of the tub. Other than that it was an incredible stay!"

"Our room was so "futuristic" in design and function. The bed was comfortable and we had all the space that we needed for our short stay in Zurich. The hotel was in an excellent area to tour the city. The staff were amazing. They were courteous, friendly and professional. They were extremely helpful as far as concierge service."

"The hotel staff were very helpful, I arrived very early from an overnight flight and they held my luggage and would have let me checked in early. The location of the hotel was so convenient for the train and bus terminals. I am really happy with my stay and would definitely choose this hotel again."

"This hotel is right at the start of three streets with plenty of eateries. Close to the main train station in Zurich. It is an older hotel, but many items are up to date. So, it worked well for us. Breakfast was good. Office has staff 24 hrs."
