"The apartment we staying in was lovely , comfortable, warm , clean. There was damage to the floor outside of the bathroom so the bathroom door could not close. This was conveyed to us on the day of checkin and we were offered an alternative apartment where the dates didn’t quite match up or 10% discount. Which was fair enough. I emailed back and received a reply the next day. In my opinion this was not soon enough. If I had asked for a different apartment I would have been stuck as we arrived...

Both were big and in the heart of Krakow, also on a quiet street. It’s definitely a find and I’d stay there again. The reception staff were very helpful and the place was easily accessible. "
