"The staff was very accommodating and friendly. Breakfast was decent but at night we saw large roaches/waterbugs in the eating area due to the windows being open. Did not see them during the day nor while eating. The rooms did not have wifi although staff said it did. Room was very tight, cable continuously interrupted and we had to unplug box and take out card multiple times to watch tv, most stations in Portuguese and room was not very clean. Towels and sheets had stains after being washed...

"When I arrived I was put on a lower floor , it was disgusting and wasn’t prepared to sleep dirt bed and bathroom, it was like 1920 . The reception staff were amazing and moved me to a better room ( average) but better. Breakfast was great and the top floor views "

"I love the location, so close to the beach, very nice roof terrace although it is small. The only disadvantage is the reception which has only a few members of staff so we had to wait one hour for check-in. "
