"Really beautiful hotel, very friendly staff and amazing breakfast buffet (I only had breakfast booked but it was also no problem to have dinner with a friend there that did not stay at the hotel)! The staff was super friendly and forthcoming and the sauna and pool was very nice! Rooms were beautiful and very modern! Really loved it there and would book again anytime "

Extremely convenient for skiing, as the front desk can print off a ski pass for you, the Bus stop for the Ski-Bus is literally right outside the front door of the hotel. "From the delicious meals to the excellent customer service, we felt that we were had boarded a luxurious ocean cruise and rather than checked into a hotel in the Alps. One can walk to hiking trails and jump on the cable cars directly from the hotel. Gerlos is a tiny tourist village filled with only hotels and restaurants, but there is a decent supermarket for grabbing drinks and snacks.
