"Amazing views from the room. Large and comfortable. Staff very nice. My one disappointment, is that it says B&B which to me means bed and breakfast. There was no breakfast and no place to get breakfast. I was told to go to 7/11. "

"This place is heaven. The owners are a lovely couple who are genuinely lovely people. They designed this place themselves and the attention to detail is evident. The room was great with a stunning Mountain View and modern en-suite bathroom. Breakfast was a lovely plus too! We will stay here again when we’re in the area."

"可以喝到好茶的同時，環境相當優美，房間非常整潔舒適，很值得來訪再住。"

"第二次入住房間很大，很多人在意的熱水問題也很OK，不會有不夠熱的狀況，全日提供。早餐是清粥小菜，對我們愛吃的人覺得很棒，地瓜粥跟青菜真的好好吃。會館兩旁都有餐廳，只要餐廳有開的話，基本上晚餐就會好解決。我們開車到杉林溪約30分鐘左右，對想去溪頭/杉林溪的人，個人覺得地點也蠻適中的。老闆娘人很好，給我們的遊玩建議很恰當。"

"Beauty hotel in a beautiful area. The breakfast was great. Friendly staff. Would stay again."

"The room is spacious, clean and beautifully appointed. The hosts were friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. The property is away from the main road, so it’s quiet, but it’s still a walkable distance to the main attractions. It’s uphill to the bus stop and the attractions, but the host will pick up and deliver your luggage to and from the bus stop. They were really nice."

"It is a homestay, not a hotel. When we arrived, there was no one in the hotel. The gentleman nearby helped call the man of this homestay that he finally appeared to let have the keys to check in. "

"Older property. Some sections renovated well, others not so much. The staff met were exceptionally professional and polite. Meals were mediocre but breakfast and dinner were included with the room fee. Facilities (bath areas) were not opened during times advertised on some days, they were open when tour groups were at the hotel (my stay was not part of a tour). Not a bad experience but not a great value for the price paid. "

"Be aware this is an old dormitory facility. The rooms are basic but clean. The whole place smells a bit of mildew. Pillows are not good. There are many hills and stairs to get to some of the rooms. Breakfast was good. It was convenient to be inside the park starting the day, as we avoided some of the crowds from buses. "

"以評比分數入住這一家飯店是我第一次入住，由於我在路上，曾在小七買東西忘了我的背包沒有拿，飯店管家很熱心的協助我，找到正確的小七位置，第一時間他安慰我不要緊張，然後問我有看到什麼建築物，我說我有看到嘉義客家文化村，他用他的地理位置協助我，並且順利找到我的背包，這是我對飯店第一印象的好。由於我住的是三人房邊間有非常美的景致以及好吃的早餐，飯店也有賣阿里山咖啡，整體上我非常的滿意"

"It’s a basic bnb yet got everything you need. It’s clean and the room is spacious. The breakfast comes very different varieties and very delicious. This is a big add on. The location is in the middle of every spot of Alishan and can be reached within an hour if you are driving "
