"We stayed at this hotel for a one night before our flight from Verona, and beside the fact that the hotel is super clean and beautiful, there isn't any other thing I could say that was good, started with the fact that there was no one at reception to recieve us so we waited approx 20 minutes until someone came. "Spotlessly clean room with the most comfortable bed and lovely bathroom - the space was just right and without clutter. The view over the piazza was perfect and breakfast was awesome in both quality and selection. We were also given a complimentary aperitivo in the evening on their rooftop bar. A 10 out of 10 !"

"For me, the staff was very unwelcoming and on one particular occasion after returning from swimming at La Gard, I was stopped by the 4 receptionists at the desk and asked if I had a room key. We arrived via train and it is about a 20 minute walk from the train station and beach so the location was not ideal for us in the heat and on foot. We found the breakfast to be fantastic. "The receptionist was very nice and helpful regarding information about the bus schedule, how to enter the hotel after 8pm, and also set up our next morning’s cab pickup. The room was fine with a fairly small stand up shower. "

A gem in Verona

"We are a family of 4 traveling Italy, the room was big, the room had a defined bedroom area and a hall with kitchen and two single beds. Beds were comfortable. The room was clean. The bathroom was big with an area for the shower and toilet and separated by a sliding door the sink, which is a plus for a family. Our room had a balcony with a lot of greeneries, it was beautiful. The hotel offered breakfast, which was good with lots of options. The only set back is the shower situation, it is hard to regulate cold from hot water. The area is safe and there are lots of dining options nearby and the trians station is close enough."

Everything was perfect

"Everything was perfect. Location is very close to arena and center of town. One street over from main shopping street. Lots of restaurants nearby. Hotel staff were excellent. Apartment is very spacious, beds are super comfortable, very clean. Quiet at night even with windows open. 10/10"

Truly nice!

"We had a wonderful time in Verona, in great part due to Truly Verona. We were welcomed with all the information we needed in terms of what to visit and do in Verona, with clear details on the map. Then we were accompanied to the lovely apartment where we were shown all the things we needed to know there. The place is new, very nicely designed and furnished. It is located very close to the bus that goes to the train station and not far from the city center. The apartment is spacious and has plenty of light. It is situated in a quiet street. The day we left, it was raining, and we were offered an umbrella so we would not get wet on our departure. It was all details."
