"The apartment was very basic. There was half a roll of toilet paper. No toiletries, no kitchen soap, or minimum spices. There were plastic spoons. This place was not suitable for anyone arriving via air without a car carrying a few essentials. It is not a hotel."

"Beautiful and clean apartment with balcony views of Angie's beautiful garden. Angie, the owner, is very relaxed yet always happy to help. The kitchen has every appliance you'd ever need, along with other homey touches like a washing machine, fridge/freezer, lots of storage space and many cleaning products. It's a short walk to a huge amount of resturantes, bars, beaches and Zadar old town. BEAUTIFUL"

"Nice and quiet neighbourhood, the room had cute, tasteful interior decor and modern shower. Host was chill. Had a great stay. Recommend coming here with a car to visit Zadar. There's free parking close to the old town so why not stay in a quiet, well-furnished room outside of the action. "

"Place hard to find even for taxi as no signage or number on street, reception area a total mess with rubbish and old broken bits of furniture etc in piles, towels provided (after having to ask for them) were thin with huge holes in them and smelt unclean, no lift to get to our 3rd floor room, swimming pool was refreshing but also cluttered and messy around it. This hotel was far too expensive for what we got. "

"Location was fantastic but be prepared to walk up lots of stairs. Old city centre totally walkable but this always means parking is a few blocks away. Breakfast included plus discount if you eat any other meals there. Suite itself good, but unfortunately smelly bathroom drains that may be due simply to an old building that the host may have no control over. Keep the door closed so the sleeping area doesn’t pick up the smell. Overall good but if you’re picky go elsewhere. Host was great."
