"Lovely new hotel in centre of Cardiff. Maybe my timing was bad as a trip of school kids , about 50 were staying at the hotel the same time. But to put me on the same floor as the 50 kids could have been avoided as the hotel wasn’t that full . It’s was a nightmare with kids playing in the corridor. Eventually I went to reception and they gave me a room on another floor. "

"This hotel is extremely convenient for Cardiff Central Station, it's just a short walk away. I was a solo female traveller and the reception staff were extremely friendly and helpful, assisting me with how to operate the air conditioning and where to find food and taxis. The room was small but clean, and the bed was comfortable with a choice of pillows. Recommended for a short stopover. "

"I am a visitor from Germany and don’t know Cardiff. This place was very clean and nicely fitted out/decorated, with some nice modern touches which lifted the place above the average and made it feel more cheerful :-) Everything I needed was there. I felt comfortable and safe. Great location with bus stop outside the door and very close to city centre and train station. "Booked a 1 night stay in a standard room, there was an initial problem with heater making a loud noise, we reported it to reception desk who immediately resolved the issue and upgraded us to monument view room which was very unexpected, the room was exceptional, the staff are exceptional and we will most definitely be booking again in the very near future.
