If you need to book this hotel you need to know that there is no one at the reception between 11 pm and 6 am, also there was a problem with parking, because there is no enough parking spots at the property. Excellent hotel - great location and room

"The hotel was excellent - very clean, comfortable and luxurious. The executive lounge as part of the penthouse package was brilliant - with breakfast and drinks included. The room was spacious, with a comfy mattress and pillows. Great location to the historic center of Vienna and to the Christmas Markets - we will be back!"

Convenient location and so quiet

"The location is perfect. There is a grocery store in the same block, a huge train station with shops and restaurants across the street, and bus and tram stops a short walk away. The Belvedere Palace is nearby. The hotel was very quiet and we never heard any street noise or other people in the hotel. I recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Vienna, especially if you plan on using public transportation and/or visiting other cities. "
