"Although we only stayed for one night it was really enjoyable. The room was exceptionally clean and had a modern feel. We were on the resort side and got to see the maned wolf enclosure from our window. The check-in and check-out process was smooth. It was partners 40th Birthday and the hotel staff were lovely enough to put complimentary birthday balloons a card and a can of sparkling wine in our room. We would definitely recommend the hotel and resort to others. It was a really pleasant...

"Stayed for a few nights over a 2 week period for business purposes. All the staff were amazing and very warm & welcoming. The rooms were very luxurious with incredible views of the Yorkshire countryside. Food was fantastic and the ambience was lovely. "

"It was comfortable. Clean beddings. Served the purpose. We were at a room without windows but it didn’t matter that much as we were out most times. I just wish English breakfast was available that’s all. We had a good deal though with Travelodge as kids below 16 have free breakfast 😊"

"The hotel was clean and room was well presented. We used the facilities at the Health Club and we enjoyed that. We have a plant-based diet and we found that plant-based options were very limited at dinner and breakfast. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We'd definitely stay there again "

"I stayed in a standard double room, it was a little bit noisy due to the squeaky floor boards in our room and surrounding ones. Room 213. Breakfast was good but sausages were a little dry and we had to wait for bacon (when it came there was a big rush which left none again and another wait for others. Staff were friendly "
