"Hotel staff were always kindness and helpful. When I've faced Wi-Fi connection trouble, they were willing to support it. Room was clean and tidy, there were necessary amenities, free bottle of mineral waters,etc. Location was also walkable to the city center. I want to stay this hotel next time as well."

"Would have given them at least 4 stars overall but my 15 nights stay was somewhat miserable. Myanmar gets very hot and humid most times. During my stay the building AC was not working pretty much throughout my stay. Walked in and it felt like it was steaming hot. Good thing my room had backup AC unit but that barely cool the room. Laundry was ridiculously priced for a piece of clothing like pant or shirt it was $2-3 which is absurd. However, front desk customer service was pleasant. Until the...

"Great location on quiet street and 5-minute walk to Kandawgyi Park and 15-minute walk to Shwedagon Pagoda. Good water pressure and hot shower. Room was clean. Staff friendly and helpful with adequate English ability. "

"Wonderful stay with very attentive and friendly staff. Due to Covid-19 we were forced to stay an extra week until we were able to get a flight out and the staff could not have been more accommodating and helpful. Restaurant, bar and cafe had a lovely range of food and beverages and everything was very clean and hygienic. Our temperature was checked every time we entered the hotel and hand sanitizer was readily available throughout the building. Highly recommend this hotel."
