"Excellent location, very near (5 mins walk) to great shopping area, convenience stores, and MRT Station. Great breakfast buffet spread. Spacious rooms. I didn’t like the dirty hallway carpet, the noise from the toilet drainage/plumbing, and crowded breakfast dining area."

"It was a 1st time staying here and I was pleased with the service of all the staff of VIA Hotel. Location is walking distance to the mrt and ximending shopping area. Hotel provide snacks and drinks for guest 24 hrs and a comfy area for u to relax while waiting to check in. Staff are very friendly and approachable and always ready to assist u when in need.
