Positives: 1) excellent location in district 2 near public transportation and the prater 2) outstanding breakfast 3) excellent friendly service 4) laundry and gym on site. It reminds me of a youth hostel that caters to younger people and offers organized opportunities for socializing. Downside: 1) room decor is dark and black 2) it’s clean enough but not immaculate. "A great family run hotel in the center of Vienna, right next to Stefanplatz and adjoining the Mozart House (one of them at least). While the location is excellent for convenience, it is also very noisy by it's very nature of being at the center. The hotel staff was extremely accommodating and moved me to a room in a higher floor and to the other side of the building after complaining about the excessive noise that lasted past the weekend. The inside courtyard is amazing and worth experiencing....
