"The location in the centre of the city is excellent, if a little difficult to drive up to due to traffic restrictions. The staff were extremely helpful, friendly and understanding, providing really great service. We stayed one night and didn't experience the leisure facilities or restaurant, but our room was clean, comfortable and had all the amenities that we needed. "

"Really close to Sheffield arena it is just a bed and bathroom with a cheap tv no tea coffee making facilities in the room . Light was broken in the toilet reported it twice do I hope anyone in room 121 will now have a working light"

"Stay was good, curtains block out so much light it was great to have a lay in. Shower was great but shower screen not bug enough so water would go over the floor. A few stains on the carpet. Beds were comfy."

"The hotel reception areas/bar etc all felt new and comfortable. The room was a lovely room, nice bathroom and facilities and in room extras. ie: iron/board extra towels/pillows, a fridge. Fortunately it was Winter and dark so the view was not important……which is good as there wasn’t one! It’s a little out of the way on an industrial estate but I would stay again. You def need a car or cab as it’s nowhere near shops/restaurants. for me it was convenient for the Utilita arena and Meadowhall."

"On the whole good. Room with three people staying but only two mugs/glasses provided. Tea/coffee/biscuits not replaced when room serviced. Shower dripped, bath plug not working properly. Selection of available on tap beers in bar was poor. Guinness and Worthington both not on. "

Fablous staff where extremely fantastic I

"The staff went out there way all of them were fanastic My Freind came from different towns we are disabled she had Electric wheelchair I had mobility scooter they couldnt do enough helped is at breakfast lady what helped us we dont knjw her name she went out of way to help us breakfast was fantastic manger he went out his way sat with us from bottom of our hearts 💕 they were brilliant fantastic that goes for cleaning staff every day came to room we were there for remmberance Sunday as our late husband's were on HMS Sheffield In Falklands war so It ment lot to us we were part of Remmberance Sunday as say staff were brillisnt In every way possible we cant thank all staff enough we deafainatally stay again Thank you from me my Freind "
