"I had the most comfortable stay at the family suite that made me feel like I’m at home. The bed and pillows had been the best that I had a good night sleep even on my first night and that rarely happens in all these years of travelling for work. The microwave and sink was an added bonus. I wish I could stay here until April whilst working in Gloucester but I needed a laundry facilities to wash my uniforms. Mona catered to all my needs and has been extremely accommodating. "

"This was our 4th return trip to LOTM and as usual, it was a pleasure. Staff are always attentive, without being overbearing, rooms were spotless and comfortable, making it feel like an ‘home from home’ and the Atrium tasting menu was outstanding, as always. "We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the four poster suite. Very comfortable bed and lovely shower. We were met by Joan who was extremely hospitable and helpful with recommendations for restaurants, etc. Very good breakfast which was freshly prepared to order. Property is conveniently located close to the town centre. Will definitely stay here again when next in the area."

"Second receptionist warmer than 1st. Maybe the offer of calling us when the room was ready instead of asking us to call to see if the room was ready would have been more efficient/going the extra mile. Food was lovely, lovely village location. Shame the sewage works was going on whilst we visited but not hotels fault. Don’t agree with the service charge automatically being put on the food bill, food was lovely but not cheap and then 10% charge on top for serving two people. To be fair...

"Beautiful property very friendly staff and great location We had dinner and was super . Breakfast delicious My only comment would be on the hotel and room temperature. Was so hot impossible to sleep. I tried to put the temperature down, don't think I was successful so switch on the fan Same in the lobby too high . Would be nice a room ambiance 20 degrees "

"Good hotel close to all amenities. Room comfy, great shower 😊 only issues curtains don’t cover length of windows, parking is first come, first served! And if you’ve got a room roadside it’s noisy! I did ask for a quiet room, away from the road."
