"The hotel did not exist! It was a construction site. After a 4 hour drive to the hotel which did not exist. I had no where to stay. I spent 1 hour ad 7 minutes on the phone with a hotels.com supervisor who then became upset with me when I told him my phone was dying and he had to call me back.
