I called and made sure the pool would be open, the day I got there the pool was closed. It ruined my trip. I paid so much for this stay and I was lied too . I was told I’d receive a discount and didn’t happen. I want a refund

The staff was wonderful and very caring but I didn't feel safe with the south doors to the parking lot never being locked. There was also a dirty paper plate outside where I walked my dog and she wanted to eat it. There was also dog poop that was left be past guests. I realize that this is not the hotels fault, but I am being charged $50 for my dog (whom I clean up afterwards) the hotel should clean up when someone leaves it.

The hotel staff are amazing 10 outta 10... the breakfast had so many options and the whole hotel was clean..couldnt of asked for a better place to stay...if your looking for a hotel in Kalispell definitely check them out.
