"We had a wonderful 5-night stay here. The hotel and surroundings are exceptionally beautiful and well designed. The view from the room and balcony towards the park is spectacular. I cannot say enough good things about each and every one of the service staff, especially the front desk manager/asst director, who went out of his way to help us with advice and restaurants reservations etc. And just about everything we ate at Tachikawa was delicious.
