"The stay was very relaxing. It was the most comfortable and restful property we stayed at during this vacation through Switzerland. Everyone at the hotel was extremely helpful and friendly. Due to an early train we had to check out before the breakfast was available but we were still provided coffee, juice, and croissants before our departure. A wonderful all around experience."

Our room had a great view of the city and the Bern Expo. The staff were all friendly, and very helpful. Highly recommend this place. Definitely when we are visiting Bern we will stay here again.
