"I think some of the unfavorable reviews I have seen are unfair. Everything is relative and, yes, this is clearly an older property that appears to be privately owned. Notwithstanding its age and some of the dated decor and furnishing, my room was very clean (cleaner than some I have stayed in at upscale hotels). "Good for a sound sleep and basic breakfast"

"Stayed here for Solid Sound Festival since it’s a 10 min drive to Mass MOCA. It was exactly what you’d expect from a motel. Clean and comfortable. Perfectly met our needs. Coffee, orange juice, water cooler, and some pastries were offered in the office in the morning. It also looked like they were in the process of upgrading as mattresses and other items were being removed from some of the room the morning we left. We’d stay here again."
