"Very well located for walking to the major visitor attractions such as the Botanical Gardens, Princes Street, The Royal Mile and The Castle, to name but a few. Very good bus links close by. Hotel itself is very well presented. Great food from the restaurant, lively (but not rowdy) bar, but as soon as you go to the bedrooms all is quiet so don’t be put off. Peaceful at night. Polite and professional staff. For a city location this is a fabulous choice. "

"I really can't say enough good things about our experience. My wife and I were traveling with our 1-year old daughter and a lot of baggage. The property itself was prefect for our needs with a short walk into the city center. The place was clean and functional with plenty of space. "The hotel is in a great area of the New Town. Close to restaurants, cafes and shops as well as easy walking to all the main sights. Our room was great - clean, comfortable, brilliant shower and controllable air con which was a huge plus in the unusually warm weather we had! Highly recommended"
